What data do you collect during the assessment?
We work from a structured interview and artefact review. Data minimisation applies: we collect what is needed for the diagnostic, no more. We do not require production access to AI tools.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from kick-off to debrief.
Who does the work?
Assessment lead supported by IntelXview's governance team. Findings are subject to human review before delivery.
What happens after delivery?
