About IntelXview

Security architecture for AI that has escaped the policy document

IntelXview helps regulated teams see uncontrolled AI activity, attach decisions to accountable owners and keep evidence that can survive an audit, a client review or an awkward board question.

Anthony Tabbiruka

Security architect and founder of IntelXview

Anthony built IntelXview around a recurring security-architecture problem: organisations can have policies, committees and good intentions while still being unable to show what happened at the point of an AI decision.

The answer is not another shelf of governance documents. It is a working control plane that connects policy, execution, ownership and evidence. That is the job of ACP.

Earlier editorial work on security learning remains available as context. Behaviour-change support now sits inside paid ACP, where it can reinforce a real control or decision. It is not sold on its own.

Three working principles

The short version of how we approach AI governance.

Start with what is happening

A neat policy tells you what should happen. We begin with the tools, data routes and decisions people are using now.

Give every decision an owner

Governance becomes real when someone can explain a decision, show the control and produce the evidence without a scavenger hunt.

Make the safe route usable

People reach for AI because they are trying to work. A control that ignores that pressure will be bypassed, politely or otherwise.

Your AI policy is not proof

Ten questions will show where to look first.
