What the ninety seconds show
- Allow
- The live decision surface: every row a governed decision carrying its risk, its policy and the accountable person, named, with their role.
- Refuse
- A high-risk action attempted outside the agent’s delegated mandate, refused at runtime, with the reason recorded: mandate constraint violation.
- Recompute
- The public evidence page recomputing the hash chain from the live bundle, link by link: six records, six recomputed hashes, all matching.
Produced 8 August 2026. The allow and refusal footage is genuine platform output from the demonstration tenant; the verification footage is an anonymous browser session on the live evidence page.
What this demonstrates, and what it does not
- It verifies hash-chain recomputation and internal consistency. The chain you see recomputed is the one you can recompute yourself, from the same public bundle, with no login and no NDA.
- It does not prove origin, legal identity, external timestamping or production-key custody. Those are different claims with different evidence, and the evidence pages state their own boundaries the same way.
