The situation
A healthcare team needed to turn a disruptive event into practical guidance without competing with clinical priorities. Mandatory material alone had not prepared every role for the decisions made during recovery.
What changed
The response separated what each group needed to know, used the real sequence as context and recorded completion alongside the incident evidence. Existing compliance obligations stayed in place.
Why it matters for ACP
Evidence is stronger when the response, the accountable decision and the supporting behaviour work share one trail. That support is included with paid ACP and is not available as a standalone training product.
